The Note Parties will promptly furnish and will cause the Restricted Subsidiaries to promptly furnish to the Holders if specifically requested in writing by any Holder, promptly after the filing thereof with the United States Secretary of Labor or the Internal Revenue Service, copies of each annual report (Form 5500 series) with respect to each Plan sponsored by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary or any trust created thereunder.
The Plan document, as may be amended from time to time, is incorporated into this Agreement.
Capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meaning set forth in the Plan, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
