Examples of Master Servicer Termination Event in a sentence

  • The Successor Master Servicer shall be subject to termination under Section 10.2 upon the occurrence of any Master Servicer Termination Event applicable to it as Master Servicer.

  • Upon any waiver of a past default, such default shall cease to exist and any Master Servicer Termination Event arising therefrom shall be deemed to have been remedied for every purpose of this Agreement.

  • Upon the occurrence of any Master Servicer Termination Event or any Servicer Termination Event, the Master Servicer or Servicer, as applicable, shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Trustee and the Trustee shall give notice to the Investor Certificateholders.
