Master Plan Improvements definition

Master Plan Improvements means any and all improvements included in or built or to be built pursuant to the Master Plan other than any specific improvements included in the Master Plan which constitute Government Improvements.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Public improvement costs means the costs of:
