Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan definition

Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan means the promissory note designated “Note A-2” that is not included in the Trust and is secured on a pari passu basis with the Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Hotel Intercreditor Agreement. The Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan is not a “Mortgage Loan”. Prior to the Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan Securitization Date, the Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan shall be a “Serviced Companion Loan”. On and after the Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan Securitization Date, the Marriott Chicago River North Hotel Companion Loan shall be a Non-Serviced Companion Loan.

  • Marriott means Marriott International, Inc.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any management agreements between a Hotel Management Company and Lessee and/or Landlord, as applicable, as such management agreements are amended from time to time for the Hotel.

  • Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.

  • REO Companion Loan Any Serviced Companion Loan if the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property.

  • Courtyard means a space permanently open to sky, with or without pergola, enclosed fully or partially by buildings and may be at ground level or any other level within or adjacent to a building;

  • Note A-1 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the California Public Utilities Code Section 399.11, et seq.

  • Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Serviced Companion Loan Securities Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
