Note A-1 and Note A-2 are collectively referred to herein as the “Notes”.
As of the date hereof and until further notice from the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Non-Lead Master Servicer or another party acting on its behalf), the Initial Note A-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-3 Holder and the Initial Note A-4 Holder are each a Non-Controlling Note Holder.
Prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date and the Note A-2 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-1 and Note A-2) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
On and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-2, unless any such Note is also included in the Note A-1 Securitization) shall be transferred to and held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-1 PSA, on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
The current designations, principal balances and Note Holders are: (i) one promissory note designated Amended, Restated and Severed Promissory Note A-1 made by the Mortgage Loan Borrower in favor of UBS AG New York Branch in the original principal amount of $59,500,000.00 and (ii) one promissory note designated Amended, Restated and Severed Promissory Note A-2 made by the Mortgage Loan Borrower in favor of UBS AG New York Branch in the original principal amount of $3,700,000.00.
