Arborist definition

Arborist means an individual engaged in the profession of arboriculture who, through experience, education, and related training, possesses the competence to provide for or supervise the management of trees and other woody plants. Must be concurrently an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist to perform any role required of a Certified Arborist.
Arborist means a professional listed as a certified arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture or a consulting arborist registered with the American Society of Consulting Arborists.
Arborist means a professional with academic and field expertise in urban forestry. This may include arborists certified by the International Society of Arboriculture or members of the Society of American Foresters, American Society of Consulting Foresters or American Society of Consulting Arborists.

Arborist means a person who has graduated from an accredited college or university with a diploma or degree in Urban Forestry, Arboriculture or equivalent and satisfies at least one of the following requirements:
Arborist means any employee who is certified for tree trimming from poles or aerial devices to provide clearances from distribution lines along highways, streets, roads, etc.

Arborist means an individual who is certified as an arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and who agrees to perform all work to the most current American National Standard Institute (ANSI) A300 standards.
Arborist means an expert in the care and maintenance of trees and in- cludes an arborist qualified by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Uni- versities, a forest technician or forestry technologist with an applicable college diploma and a minimum of two years urban forestry experience, a certified arborist qualified by the Certification Board of the International Society of Arboriculture, a consulting arborist registered with the Ameri- can Society of Consulting Arborists, a Registered Professional Forester designated pursuant to the Professional Foresters Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 18, as amended, or a person with other similar qualifications as approved by the Commissioner.
