After the Securitization Date, the servicing of the Mortgage Loan shall be carried out by the Master Servicer and, if the Mortgage Loan is a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan (or to the extent otherwise provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement), by the Special Servicer, in each case pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
On or after the Non-Lead Securitization Date, the applicable Non-Lead Securitization Note shall be held in the name of the related Non-Lead Trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) on behalf of the related Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder.
