Marketing and Sales Committee definition

Marketing and Sales Committee means a committee consisting of members from the marketing and/or sales functions of Neurocrine and Janssen.
Marketing and Sales Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.
Marketing and Sales Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
