Manufactured or mobile home definition

Manufactured or mobile home means a structure that is transportable in one or more articles, built on a permanent chassis, and designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities. It includes park trailers, travel trailers, and other similar vehicles placed on a site for greater than 180 consecutive days. (ARM 36.15.101(15))
Manufactured or mobile home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities. The term also includes park trailers, travel trailers, recreational vehicles and similar transportable structures placed on a site for 180 consecutive days or longer and intended to be improved property. Market value of a structure, as related to substantial improvement and substantial damage, shall be determined by the most recent property tax assessment (total assessment minus land value and the value of structures not affected made prior to the start of the initial repair or improvement, or, if applicable, prior to the damage occurring, unless the property owner chooses to submit a an independent appraisal conducted by a professional appraiser no earlier than one year before the start of initial repair or improvement or, in the case of damage, within one year of the date of the damage occurring, in which case the market value of the structure prior to repair, improvement or damage shall be determined by the independent appraisal.
