Manufactured-home transaction means a secured transaction:
Manufactured-home transaction means a secured transaction that creates a purchase-money security interest in a manufactured home, other than a manufactured home held as inventory, or in which a manufactured home, other than a manufactured home held as inventory, is the primary collateral.
Manufactured-home transaction means a consumer credit sale, as defined in s. 421.301 (9), of or a consumer loan, as defined in s. 421.301 (12), secured by a first lien or equivalent security interest in a mobile home or manufactured home.

The term 18 does not include an obligation substituted for another 19 obligation. 20 "Noncash proceeds" means proceeds other than cash proceeds. 21 "Obligor" means a person that, with respect to an obligation 22 secured by a security interest in or an agricultural lien on the 23 collateral:

The term does 1423 not include an obligation substituted for another obligation. 1424 (58) "Noncash proceeds" means proceeds other than cash proceeds. 1425 (59) "Obligor" means a person that, with respect to an obligation secured by a security interest in or 1426 an agricultural lien on the collateral, (i) owes payment or other performance of the obligation, (ii) has 1427 provided property other than the collateral to secure payment or other performance of the obligation, or 1428 (iii) is otherwise accountable in whole or in part for payment or other performance of the obligation. 1429 The term does not include issuers or nominated persons under a letter of credit. 1430 (60) "Original debtor," except as used in subsection (c) of § 8.9A-310, means a person that, as 1431 debtor, entered into a security agreement to which a new debtor has become bound under subsection (d) 1432 of § 8.9A-203. 1433 (61) "Payment intangible" means a general intangible under which the account debtor's principal 1434 obligation is a monetary obligation. 1435 (62) "Person related to," with respect to an individual, means: 1436 (A) the spouse of the individual; 1437 (B) a brother, brother-in-law, sister, or sister-in-law of the individual; 1438 (C) an ancestor or lineal descendant of the individual or the individual's spouse; or 1439 (D) any other relative, by blood or marriage, of the individual or the individual's spouse who shares 1440 the same home with the individual. 1441 (63) "Person related to," with respect to an organization, means: 1442 (A) a person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the 1443 organization; 1444 (B) an officer or director of, or...
