Manufactured home community definition

Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.
Manufactured home community means any plot or plots of ground upon which 3 or more manufactured homes that are occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located. “Manufactured home community” does not include a farm where the occupants of the manufactured homes are the father, mother, son, daughter, brother or sister of the farm owner or operator or where the occupants of the manufactured homes work on the farm.

Manufactured home community means any site, lot, field, or tract of land under common ownership upon which ten or more occupied manufactured homes, as defined in Iowa Code section435.1, are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the equipment of the community.
