Maintenance License definition

Maintenance License means the right to receive Maintenance services and support as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement for the Maintenance Period.
Maintenance License means the right to receive maintenance-related services for licensed Corel Software, as described in Section 3 of these Terms, for the applicable Maintenance Period. A Maintenance License is included with all purchases of Software on a Subscription basis. For Perpetual Licenses of Software, a Maintenance License must be purchased separately, for the Maintenance Price.
Maintenance License means the right to receive the benefits of Corel’s maintenance program, CorelSure, in consideration for payment of the applicable fees therefor. Examples of Maintenance License in a sentence

  • The Maintenance License shall expire on the last day of the Maintenance Period.

  • If iGrafx offers Maintenance Licenses for the Software, at the time of Software License purchase or at the end of each Maintenance Period, Customer has the option of purchasing a Maintenance License.

  • To ensure the set, costumes and props and sound equipment are returned at the end of the tour.

  • Maintenance shall only be available for those Software Licenses for which a Maintenance License is purchased.

  • Customer shall purchase from and pay to iGrafx the applicable Software Prices or to Reseller the applicable reseller price for any Software License or Maintenance License purchased by Customer from iGrafx or Reseller.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be considered as an offer to sell a Software License or a Maintenance License to Customer.

  • For Base Maintenance, Base Maintenance Certifying Staff (RTS personnel) is required to hold an appropriately rated SAR-66 Category C Aircraft Maintenance License.

  • If Customer fails to comply within the timeframe specified in this Section 8.2, iGrafx may terminate Customer's Software License and, if applicable, Maintenance License effective immediately upon notice to Customer.

  • It is agreed that electricians having a Construction Maintenance License will have first choice of all commercial/industrial work done by their Employer.

  • The Total Annual Maintenance License costs for these additional components for 5 years after FSA shall be shown in CLIN 3.

Related to Maintenance License

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • License means any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests.

  • Resort license means a license issued in accordance with Chapter 5, Retail License Act, and Chapter 8, Resort License Act.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • State license means a license issued by the department that allows a person to operate a marihuana establishment.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Maintenance agreement means a contract of limited duration

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Multistate license means a license to practice as a registered or a licensed practical/vocational nurse (LPN/VN) issued by a home state licensing board that authorizes the licensed nurse to practice in all party states under a multistate licensure privilege.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
