Lot of record definition

Lot of record means any lot, the description of which is properly recorded with the Register of Deeds, which at the time of its recordation complied with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Lot of record means and refer to a lot which is part of a subdivision, the map of which has been recorded in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder, or a parcel of land, the deed to which has been recorded in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder prior to the date of passage of this Ordinance.
Lot of record. Means a parcel, the plat or description of which has been recorded at the county register of deeds.

  • Lot of record means any lot for which a deed or registered land survey has been recorded in the office of the register of deeds or the register of titles for Hennepin County, Minnesota, prior to the effective date of this section, after approval by the city council if required.

More Definitions of Lot of record

Lot of record means a lot which is part of a subdivision recorded in the office of the County Recorder, or a lot or parcel described by metes and bounds, the description of which has been so recorded.
