Subdivision Ordinance means the current ordinance enacted by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, establishing regulations for the subdivision and platting of land, providing for the preparation of plats and providing for the installation of utilities, streets and other improvements.
Subdivision Ordinance as used here means that ordinance adopted pursuant to the Michigan Land Division Act (P.A. 288 of 1967, as amended, M.C.L. 560.101 et seq.).
