Listed Agreement definition

Listed Agreement means any of those agreements to which the Borrower is a party listed on Annex A hereto, and (y) the term “Court Order” means any judicial or administrative judgment, order, writ, injunction, decree or arbitral decision that names the Borrower and is specifically directed to it or its properties and that is known to us.
