Investment Commitment definition
Investment Commitment means a commitment, agreement or undertaking by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company to acquire a Facility or to make or acquire a Mortgage.
Investment Commitment means the optional or mandatory commitment of a Person to purchase a Warehouse Loan, a Pipeline Loan or an interest in a Warehouse Loan or a Pipeline Loan owned or to be acquired by the Selling Companies.
Investment Commitment means the agreement of the Company and any other Co- Investors to make investments with respect to the Project as set forth in Sections 2.02(d) and 4.01 of this Agreement.

Investment Commitment means the optional or mandatory commitment of Company or any of its Subsidiaries to sell to any person, and a person to purchase from Company or any of its Subsidiaries, a Loan Held for Sale or an interest in a Loan Held for Sale owned or to be acquired by Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Investment Commitment means, with respect to any investment, loan or advance, the amount initially advanced, invested or disbursed less an amount equal to the sum of (i) repayments of such advances, including all interest income therefrom, (ii) dividends and other distributions received from such Person paid or made on securities issued solely in consideration of such investment, (iii) net gains on sales or other dispositions of capital stock, securities or assets of such Person purchased with such investment, and (iv) all other net profits or other amounts net of expenses realized from such investment or advance and all other net returns on Capital Expenditures, provided that the aggregate amount of all such repayments, dividends, net gains, profits and other amounts so deducted with respect to each such investment, advance or Capital Expenditure shall not exceed the initial principal amount of such investment, advance or Capital Expenditure;
Investment Commitment means, for each Investor, its obligation to make Investments hereunder pursuant to the terms hereof, in the maximum principal amount shown on Schedule 1.1, as it may be modified or supplemented from time to time pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.3 and 14.3.
Investment Commitment means the amount stated in euro (€) of capital investments to be made by or on behalf of the Subsidiary, as committed by a Bidder and which should occur in respect of the Tendered Items. The Investment Commitment should occur over the 2 years following the entry into force of the Sale Agreement, as noted in Annex C.
