Lien Release Documents means, collectively, (a) a UCC-3 termination statement terminating the security interests of each Person holding a security interest in the assets of any of any Acquired Company or Company Subsidiary in connection with each of the Queensbury Property Debt and the KeyBank Revolver and (b) if applicable, forms of notices of termination for any account control agreements entered into in connection with the incurrence of each of the Queensbury Property Debt and the KeyBank Revolver.

Examples of Lien Release Documents in a sentence

  • As soon as practicable after its receipt of the net proceeds of the Pledged Shares, STAAR shall provide such documents as reasonably necessary to release any lien for the benefit of STAAR on the real or personal property of the Borrower (“Lien Release Documents”); provided that the Borrower shall be responsible for any filing or recording of Lien Release Documents and the associated fees.

  • STAAR agrees to execute and deliver any Lien Release Documents provided by the Borrower within two business days after receipt by STAAR, provided such net proceeds have been received.
