Debt Agreement definition

Debt Agreement means the debt agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among Freddie Mac and the Holders of Notes, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A hereto.

Debt Agreement with respect to any Person means any note, note agreement, loan agreement or other similar agreement or instrument that evidences Debt of such Person.
