Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement definition

Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement means the Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H or such other form as reasonably agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement an intercreditor agreement to be entered into with the representative of Indebtedness secured by a Lien having Junior Lien Priority substantially in the form attached as Annex B to the Security Agreement or such other form reasonably satisfactory to the Applicable Authorized Representative (as such term is defined in the Security Agreement).

Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement means an Intercreditor Agreement among the representative of such holders of Indebtedness junior to the Obligations, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Trustee (if applicable), the Borrower and any other First Lien Secured Parties from time to time party thereto, whether on the Conversion Date or at any time thereafter, substantially in the form of Exhibit M or in a form that is reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Borrower and the Collateral Agent.
