Series Supplemental Indenture means an indenture supplemental to this Indenture entered into by the Issuer, the Trustee and the Guarantors, if applicable, for the purpose of establishing, in accordance with this Indenture, the title, form and terms of Senior Secured Notes of any series.

Series Supplemental Indenture means an indenture supplemental to this Indenture, for the purpose of, among other things, specifying, in accordance with Article Two hereof, the form and terms of the Securities of any series and/or for the purpose of, among other things, subjecting to the Lien of this Indenture the Pledged Lessor Bonds related to such series; "Series Supplemental Indentures" means each and every Series Supplemental Indenture.

Series Supplemental Indenture means an indenture supplemental to the Indenture or the Tax-Exempt Indenture entered into by the Mobile Energy Parties or the IDB (as the case may be) and the Indenture Trustee or the Tax-Exempt Indenture Trustee (as the case may be) for the purpose of establishing, in accordance with such indenture, the title, form and terms of the Senior Securities of any series.

Examples of Series Supplemental Indenture in a sentence

The Bonds of each series shall be substantially in the form (not inconsistent with this Indenture, including Section 2.5 hereof) established in the Series Supplemental Indenture relating to the Bonds of such series.
In the absence of any provision contained in any Series Supplemental Indenture, the Securities are issuable only in denominations of $1,000 and/or any integral multiple thereof.

Series Supplemental Indenture means an indenture supplemental to the Indenture entered into by Panda Funding, PIC and the Trustee for the purpose of establishing, in accordance with the Indenture, the title, form and terms of the Bonds of any series; "Series Supplemental Indentures" shall mean each and every Series Supplemental Indenture.
