Lien hereof means the lien and security interest created by these presents, or created by any concurrent or subsequent conveyance to the Trustee (whether made by the Company or any other Person and whether pursuant to a Series Supplemental Indenture or otherwise), or otherwise created, making any property a part of the Pledged Property held by the Trustee for the benefit of the Securities Outstanding hereunder.

• The Company, for itself and all who may claim under it, waives, to the extent that it may lawfully do so, all right to have the Mortgaged Property marshalled upon any foreclosure of the Lien hereof, and agrees that any court having jurisdiction to foreclose the Lien of this Indenture may order the sale of the Mortgaged Property as an entirety.

"Pledged Collateral" has the meaning set forth in the Granting Clause. "Pledged Securities" means has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01. "Proceeds" has the meaning specified in Section 9-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code. "Rating Trigger Event" has the meaning given to that term in the Bond Guarantee Agreement. "Reimbursement Note" has the meaning given to that term in the Bond Guarantee Agreement. "RUS" means the Person named as "RUS" in the first paragraph of this instrument. "RUS Notice" and "RUS Order" mean, respectively, a written notice or order signed by the Secretary and delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Borrower.

Lien hereof means the Lien created by this Agreement or by any concurrent or subsequent conveyance to the Bank (whether made by the Borrower or any other Person) or otherwise created, constituting any property held by the Bank as security for the performance of the Borrower's obligations under the Credit Agreement and this Agreement and the Obligations, on the terms and to the extent provided herein.

Lien hereof means each and every Lien constituted by or pursuant to this Indenture including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Liens granted by BC Ferries in favour of the Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders pursuant to Section 5.1, and each and every Lien constituted from time to time by or pursuant to any and all Supplemental Indentures, in any manner whatsoever created.
