The Notes issued on the date hereof, and any Additional Notes, shall be treated as a single class for all purposes under this Indenture (including, waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase).
The certificate by or on behalf of the Trustee authenticating Notes issued under this Indenture will constitute a representation and warranty by the Trustee that such Notes have been duly authenticated by and on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture.
Notwithstanding that any individual whose signature, either manual or in facsimile or other electronic means, appears on a Note as a director or officer may no longer hold such office at the date of the Note or at the date of the authentication and delivery thereof, such Note shall be valid and binding upon the Issuer and the Holder thereof shall be entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.
