Senior Notes Indenture definition
Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of October 19, 2018, among, inter alia, the Borrower and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, in respect of the Senior Notes, as may be amended pursuant to the terms hereof.
Senior Notes Indenture means the indenture among the Borrower, as issuer, the guarantors listed therein and the trustee referred to therein pursuant to which the Senior Notes are issued, as such indenture may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
