Lien Collateral Agent together with any successor collateral agent, the "Pledgee"), for the benefit of the Secured Creditors (as defined below). Lien Collateral Agent means in the case of any Initial Second Lien Obligations or the Initial Second Lien Claimholders, the Initial Second Lien Collateral Agent and in the case of any Additional Second Lien Obligations and the Additional Second Lien Claimholders in respect thereof, the Person serving as collateral agent (or the equivalent) for such Additional Second Lien Obligations and that is named as the Second Lien Collateral Agent in respect of such Additional Second Lien Obligations in the applicable Joinder Agreement (each, in the case of this clause (ii), together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, an “Additional Second Lien Collateral Agent”).

Lien Collateral Agent means the "Collateral Agent" under and as defined in the First-Lien Credit Documents.
