Licensed Process definition

Licensed Process means a method, procedure, process, or other subject matter whose practice or use is Covered By any claim or claims included within the Patent Rights or uses Technology Rights.
Licensed Process means any process practiced in a country in which said process is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired, and not adjudicated unenforceable claim or pending claim contained in the Patent Rights.
Licensed Process means any process that, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS or which uses a LICENSED PRODUCT.

Examples of Licensed Process in a sentence

  • Because the invention is not yet commercially viable, as of the Effective Date, LICENSEE will diligently develop, manufacture, and sell Licensed Product and/or Licensed Process, and will diligently develop markets for Licensed Product and/or Licensed Process.

  • After the first commercial sale of said Licensed Product or Licensed Process, LICENSEE must maintain commercial general liability insurance in the amounts of not less than three million dollars ($3,000,000) per incident and five million dollars ($5,000,000) annual aggregate.

Licensed Process means a method or process whose practice or use is covered by a Valid Claim.
