Examples of Letter of Quiet Enjoyment in a sentence
During the course of the Charter the Owners have the right to register a substitute mortgage in favour of another bank provided such registration is effected in a similar amount to the loan amount outstanding with the Mortgagee at that time and only if such substitute mortgagee executes a Letter of Quiet Enjoyment in favour of the Charterers in the same form as that provided by the Mortgagee or the form acceptable for the Charterers.
In which case, the Owners undertake to procure from the Mortgagee a Letter of Quiet Enjoyment in a form and substance acceptable to the Charterers.
Owners shall procure that any mortgage and charterhire assignment shall be subject to this Charter and to the rights of the Charterers hereunder, in accordance with, and subject to, a Letter of Quiet Enjoyment.
Owners undertake to procure such a Letter of Quiet Enjoyment from the Vessel’s mortgagees at the time of placing any mortgage on the Vessel.
Owners shall not place or permit to exist on the Vessel any mortgage unless a Letter of Quiet Enjoyment in equivalent terms to the draft set out at Appendix E has been provided to Charterers by the Vessel’s mortgagees.
