DIP Credit Agreement definition

DIP Credit Agreement means that certain Senior Secured Superpriority Priming Debtor-in-Possession Credit Agreement dated as of August 29, 2012, by and among Seller, as borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto, and the Administrative Agent, together with all collateral or security documents executed in connection therewith by Seller or its Affiliates, as amended, supplemented and modified from time to time.
DIP Credit Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
DIP Credit Agreement means the credit agreement with respect to the DIP Facility.
