Letter of Representations definition

Letter of Representations means any applicable agreement among the Corporation, the Depositary and a Global Receipt Depository with respect to such Global Receipt Depository’s rights and obligations with respect to any Global Registered Receipts, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time and any successor agreement thereto.
Letter of Representations means any applicable agreement between the Issuer and the applicable Clearing Agency, with respect to such Clearing Agency’s rights and obligations (in its capacity as a Clearing Agency) with respect to any Book-Entry Recovery Bonds, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Letter of Representations means any applicable agreement between the Issuer and the applicable Clearing Agency, with respect to such Clearing Agency’s rights and obligations (in its capacity as a Clearing Agency) with respect to any Book-Entry Securitization Bonds.

Letter of Representations means the letter agreement dated as of January 1, 2001 among Xxxxxxx Mac, as issuer, Xxxxxxx Mac, as agent, and DTC.
