SNDA definition

SNDA means a Supplemental New Drug Application, as defined in the FDCA and applicable regulations promulgated thereunder.
SNDA has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.3.
SNDA. A Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement with respect to a Lease on a form customarily used by Primary Servicer with respect to Mortgaged Properties of similar type and consistent with the Servicing Standard.
