Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.
User Documentation means explanatory and informational materials concerning the Company products, in printed or electronic format, which the Company or any Subsidiary has released for distribution to end users with such Company products, which may include manuals, descriptions, user and/or installation instructions, diagrams, printouts, listings, flow-charts and training materials, contained on visual media such as paper or photographic film, or on other physical storage media in machine readable form.
Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.
Security Documentation means all documents and information made available by Google under Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation).
Design Documentation means all documentation, specifications, manuals, user guides, promotional material, internal notes and memos, technical documentation, drawings, flow charts, diagrams, source language statements, demo disks, benchmark test results, and other written materials related to, associated with or used or produced in the development, maintenance or marketing of Sellers Software Programs.
Related Documentation means, with respect to Software and Tools, all materials, documentation, specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software or Tools, as applicable.
Account Documentation means, with respect to any Account, any and all documentation relating to that Account, including all Credit Card Applications, Credit Card Agreements, Credit Cards, Program Privacy Notices, Billing Statements, checks or other forms of payment, electronic payment authorization agreements, credit bureau reports, adverse action notices, change in terms notices, other notices, correspondence, memoranda, documents, stubs, instruments, certificates, agreements, magnetic tapes, disks, hard copy formats or other computer-readable data transmissions, microfilm, electronic or other copy of any of the foregoing, and any other written, electronic or other records or materials of whatever form or nature, including information relating or pertaining to any of the foregoing to the extent related to the Program; provided, however, that Account Documentation shall not include Company register tapes, invoices, sales or shipping slips, delivery and other receipts or other indicia of the sale of Goods and/or Services.
Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this
Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.
Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.
Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.
Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Product Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.
Loan Documentation means all Loan files and all documents included in Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ file or imaging system with respect to a Loan, including loan applications, notes, security agreements, deeds of trust, collectors notes, appraisals, credit reports, disclosures, titles to collateral, verifications (including employment verification, deposit verification, etc.), mortgages, loan agreements, including building and loan agreements, guarantees, pledge agreements, financing statements, intercreditor agreements, participation agreements, sureties and insurance policies (including title insurance policies) and all modifications, waivers and consents relating to any of the foregoing.
Constitutional Documents means, with respect to any Person, the certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association, articles of association, joint venture agreement, shareholders agreement, business license or similar constitutive documents for such Person.
Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.
Organizational Document means (i) relative to each Person that is a corporation, its charter and its by-laws (or similar documents), (ii) relative to each Person that is a limited liability company, its certificate of formation and its operating agreement (or similar documents), (iii) relative to each Person that is a limited partnership, its certificate of formation and its limited partnership agreement (or similar documents), (iv) relative to each Person that is a general partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar document) and (v) relative to any Person that is any other type of entity, such documents as shall be comparable to the foregoing.
Definitive Documentation means the RSA Assumption Motion, Plan, Disclosure Statement, Cash Collateral Stipulation, any court filings in the Chapter 11 Cases that could be reasonably expected to affect the interests of holders of First Lien Bond Claims (but not, for the avoidance of doubt, any professional retention motions or applications), in their capacities as such, and any other documents or exhibits related to or contemplated in the foregoing.
ISM Code Documentation means, in relation to a Vessel, the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) issued by a Classification Society pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to that Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code;
Organizational Documents means (a) as to any corporation, the charter or certificate or articles of incorporation and the bylaws (or equivalent or comparable constitutive documents with respect to any non-U.S. jurisdiction), (b) as to any limited liability company, the certificate or articles of formation or organization and operating or limited liability agreement and (c) as to any partnership, joint venture, trust or other form of business entity, the partnership, joint venture or other applicable agreement of formation or organization and any agreement, instrument, filing or notice with respect thereto filed in connection with its formation or organization with the applicable Governmental Authority in the jurisdiction of its formation or organization and, if applicable, any certificate or articles of formation or organization of such entity.
Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.
RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:
Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.
Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
