Legal Documentation definition

Legal Documentation means the legal documentation (including, most notably, the Seller's T&CS, the Seller's Model Withdrawal Form, the Seller's Model Instructions of Withdrawal, and the Information on WEEE, if applicable) that the Seller undertakes to publish in Italian language and observe in connection with the offer of a Product on the MarketPlace.
Legal Documentation means the legal documentation for Pine Bluff consisting of this Declaration, the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, the Association’s Bylaws, and all amendments to any of the foregoing now or hereafter made. The foregoing is individually and collectively called the Legal Documents in this Declaration. Unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the words defined below whenever used in any of the foregoing, in any corporate resolutions and other instruments of the Association, and in any deeds, mortgages, assignments, and other instruments relating to all or any portion of the Property shall have the following meanings:

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Organizational Documents means, with respect to any Person, the articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, certificate of formation, certificate of limited partnership, bylaws, limited liability company agreement, operating agreement, partnership agreement, stockholders’ agreement and all other similar documents, instruments or certificates executed, adopted or filed in connection with the creation, formation or organization of such Person, including any amendments thereto.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
