Learn Local Organisation definition

Learn Local Organisation means a registered training organisation that is a community owned and managed not-for-profit that is registered with the Adult, Community and Further Education Board (as continued under the Act) as at the Commencement Date. Literacy and Numeracy Support Implementation Guide means the guide of that name (or any successor) issued by the Department from time to time.
