Business Reputation. Executive agrees that during the Employment Term and at all times thereafter, he or she shall refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing an adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates or which adversely affects (or may reasonably adversely affect) the best interests, economic or otherwise, of the Company or an Affiliate.
Business Reputation. Executive agrees that during the course of his employment and at all times thereafter he shall refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing an adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates or which adversely affects (or may reasonably adversely affect) the best interests (economic or otherwise) of the Company or an Affiliate, except as may be required by law or legal process. The Company agrees that during the course of Executive’s employment and thereafter, it shall refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing an adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning Executive, except as may be required by law or legal process.
Business Reputation. To promote both the products, and the tremendous opportunity Kyäni offers, Business Partners must use the sales aids and support materials produced by Xxxxx. In the alternative, Business Partner may develop their own sales aids and support materials if the Business Partner obtains written approval and authorization from Kyäni in order to comply with the vast and complex legal requirements of national and local laws. Violation of this policy (including unauthorized Internet advertising) not only constitutes a material breach of the Agreement, but it endangers the Kyäni opportunity for all Business Partners.
Business Reputation. I will not make or publish any statement that will disparage or adversely affect the name, reputation, products or business interests of Chobani, including statements to the media and posting information (including pictures) on the Internet and on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites (both public and private).

In the alternative, Distributor may develop their own sales aids and support materials if the Distributor obtains written approval and authorization from Kyäni in order to comply with the vast and complex legal requirements of national and local laws. Violation of this policy (including unauthorized Internet advertising) not only constitutes a material breach of the Agreement, but it endangers the Kyäni opportunity for all Distributors.
Business Reputation. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that the business reputation of the other is a valuable asset of such other party. Each party agrees that it shall take no action following the execution of this agreement that can reasonably be deemed to be inimical to the best interests of the other party, including but not limited to: publishing material that disparages the other party, participating in interviews or making "leaks" to the press disparaging the other party or taking action in any other manner or way disparaging the other party.
Business Reputation. Executive agrees that during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder and at all times thereafter, he shall refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing any untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company, the Bank or any Affiliate or which adversely affects (or may reasonably be expected to adversely affect) the best interests (economic or otherwise) of the Company, the Bank or any Affiliate. Hibernia agrees that during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder and at all times thereafter, it shall refrain from making or publishing any untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of Executive.
Business Reputation. The proposed assignee, sublessee or occupant has defaulted on any material obligation or filed for protection, or has been declared a bankrupt, under the Bankruptcy Code within the ten (10) years preceding the proposed effective date of the proposed assignment, sublease or occupancy arrangement.
Business Reputation. Officer agrees to refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing any statements, claims, allegations or assertions which have or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning or disparaging the name or business reputation of Hibernia or any of its employees, officers, directors, agents or advisors or which adversely affects (or may reasonably be expected adversely to affect) the business, operations, prospects, goodwill, reputation and/or best interests (economic or otherwise) of any of them, except (i) where such action is required by law, court order, subpoena, other judicial process or is authorized by the Chief Executive Officer of Hibernia and (ii) sufficient written notice of such action is given so that appropriate steps may be taken to protect the business, operations, prospects, goodwill, reputation and/or best interests of Hibernia. Hibernia agrees to refrain from making or publishing any statements, claims, allegations or assertions which it believes have or may reasonably be expected to have the effect of demeaning or disparaging the name or business reputation of the Officer except (i) where such action is required by law, court order, subpoena, other judicial process or is authorized by the Officer and (ii) sufficient written notice of such action is given so that appropriate steps may be taken to protect the prospects, goodwill, reputation and/or best interests of the Officer.
Business Reputation. I acknowledge that the business reputation of the Company is a valuable asset. I agree that I shall take no action which can be deemed to be inimical to the best interests of the Company, including but not limited to: publishing material that disparages the Company, participating in interviews disparaging the Company or taking action in any other manner or way disparaging the Company. In the event that I engage in any of the foregoing, I agree to promptly pay liquidated damages to the Company in an amount equal to the value of the consideration described in Paragraph 2 and any unpaid consideration described in Paragraph 2 shall be forfeited. However, nothing contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting the Company from pursuing any other remedies available to it for failing to keep my promise, including the recovery of any damages which it is able to prove.
