Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.
Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:
Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.
Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.
Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.
Fields of Use means products for use on "General Purpose Desktop Computers and Servers" meaning computers, including desktop and laptop computers, or servers, used for general computing functions under end user control (such as but not specifically limited to email, general purpose Internet browsing, and office suite productivity tools). Products that include software in systems and solutions that provide dedicated functionality (other than as mentioned above) or designed for use in embedded or function-specific software applications, for example but not limited to: software embedded in or bundled with industrial control systems, wireless mobile telephones, wireless handheld devices, kiosks, TV/STB, Blu-ray Disc devices, telematics and network control switching equipment, printers and storage management systems, and other related systems are excluded from this definition.
Licensed Field means all fields of use.
Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.
Light field means that area of the intersection of the light beam from the beam-limiting device and one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the illumination is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.
Licensed Field of Use means all fields.
Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and
Field of Use means all fields of use.
Company Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold at any time by the Company.
Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.
Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.
Licensed Territory means worldwide.
Non-Working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.
complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.
Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.
Competitive Product means a product or service, made or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with one with respect to which the Employee acquired confidential information relating to the Company, or its business, products or services by reason of the Employee's work with the Company.
Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.
Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.
