Know-How Documentation definition

Know-How Documentation means copies of tangible and electronic embodiments of know-how, documentation of ideas, research and development files, laboratory notebooks and other similar tangible or electronic materials, in each case solely to the extent related to any of the Seller and Rexam Licensed IP, but in each case excluding (i) any of the foregoing to the extent related to any of the Excluded Pipeline Project IP, and (ii) any Intellectual Property.
Know-How Documentation means complete and accurate written documentation concerning all Confidential Information of Licensor necessary or desirable to use, practice and/or otherwise exploit the Know-How and related Intellectual Property, including but not limited to the Device Master Record, Device History Record, Design History File, and Quality System Record (as those terms are defined in 21 CFR 820, Quality System Regulation) for each of PVA Plus(TM), MaxiStat(TM), and MicroStat(TM) (510(k) clearance numbers K001678, K020033, and K032619, respectively), the 510(k) submissions as supplemented or amended resulting in such clearances, internal audit reports, reports and communications associated with an inspection or audit of Licensor's operations by a Governmental Body, and laboratory notebooks, experimental reports, batch records, invention disclosures, and patent applications.
Know-How Documentation means any and all documentation and information related to the Tissue Valve Know-How that was developed by 3F Therapeutics prior to the expiration of the Term (including prior to the Effective Date), including without limitation, such documentation and information as set forth on Exhibit C hereto.

Know-How Documentation means the documentation with illustrations containing the Know-how and the Basic Engineering know-how which will be supplied by the transferor as detailed in Annexures IIA, IIB and IIC and any other documentation which may be required for the use of transferee.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.
