KMP or Key Management Personnel definition

KMP or Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise);
KMP or Key Management Personnel means the key management personnel of the Company, being those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company either directly or indirectly. It includes all Directors (executive and non-executive). The KMPs during the year ended 30 June 2014 are listed in the Remuneration Report contained in the Directors’ Report for the year ended 30 June 2014.
