Key User Tools definition

Key User Tools means a set of tools that are available to configure, customize and extend the Customer Solution. This includes extensibility and flexibility enhancements as well as reporting enhancement capabilities. Configurations prepared with the Key User Tools may be incorporated into the Customer Solution.
