JCP Parties definition

JCP Parties means (a) the JCP Funds and (b) the general partner or managing member of any JCP Fund (a “JCP Partner”) and any corporation, partnership or other entity that is an Affiliate of any of the JCP Funds or any JCP Partner (including JCP, the manager of JCP Funds) (collectively, the “JCP Affiliates”), but excluding any portfolio companies of any Person listed in clause (a) or (b).
JCP Parties means the Persons named as the “JCP Parties” in the preamble hereof until successor Persons shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, and thereafter “JCP Parties” shall mean such successor Persons.

  • This Transfer Agreement includes all rights in the nature of trademark, service xxxx, and trade name rights, as well as the right to xxx for past infringement of such rights by any third party.
