Investor Accounts definition

Investor Accounts means, in addition to Investor Accounts established pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Series Collections Account, the Series Principal Collections Account, the Series Principal Funding Account, the Series Interest Funding Account, the Series Distribution Account, the Group Finance Charge Collections Reallocation Account and the Group Principal Collections Reallocation Account.

Investor Accounts means the Collections Account, the Group Collections Accounts and any other segregated trust accounts specified as Investor Accounts in any Series Supplement.

Investor Accounts means the following accounts that the trustee has established, will establish or may establish in the name of the trust:

Examples of Investor Accounts in a sentence

• If at any time any of the Investor Accounts established in Sections 8(a) through 8(f) is not being held by the Trustee and the institution holding such Investor Account ceases to be a Qualified Institution, the Master Servicer shall within 10 Business Days establish a new Investor Account (meeting any conditions specified in this Series Supplement with respect to such Investor Account) with a Qualified Institution and transfer any cash and/or any investments to such new Investor Account.

• If at any time any of the Investor Accounts established in Sections 8(a) through 8(e) or 8(h) is not being held by the Trustee and the institution holding such Investor Account ceases to be a Qualified Institution, the Master Servicer shall within 10 Business Days establish a new Investor Account (meeting any conditions specified in this Series Supplement with respect to such Investor Account) with a Qualified Institution and transfer any cash and/or any investments to such new Investor Account.

• This Certificate shall not represent any interest in the Investor Accounts, any Series Accounts or any Credit Enhancement, except to the extent provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

• Each Series of Notes shall be secured by the entire Receivables Trust Estate, including the right to receive the Collections and other amounts at the times and in the amounts specified in this Article 5 to be deposited in the Investor Accounts and any other Series Account (if so specified in the related Series Supplement) or to be paid to the Noteholders of such Series.

• For purposes of determining the availability of funds or the balances in such Investor Accounts for any reason under this Agreement or any Series Supplement, all investment earnings on such funds shall be deemed not to be available or on deposit.

More Definitions of Investor Accounts

Investor Accounts means the Series 1997-2 Collection Subaccount ------------------ established under Section 4.2B, the Principal Account, the Principal Funding Account and the Finance Charge Account established under subsection 4.3(a), the Distribution Account established under subsection 4.3(b) and the Reserve Account established under subsection 4.9(a).

Investor Accounts means the Collections Account, the Group Collections Accounts, the Excess Funding Account (General), the Excess Funding Account (SRC) and any other segregated trust accounts specified as Investor Accounts in any applicable Prospectus Supplement.

Investor Accounts means each of the Senior Insurance Settlements Account, Lockbox Account, Liquidity Account and the Distribution Account.

Investor Accounts. Permitted Investments" and "Sears" in their entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
