Series Supplement. The Series 2002-CC Supplement, dated as of May 1, 2002, between the Bank, as Transferor and Servicer, and the Master Trust Trustee.
Series Supplement. A Series Supplement consistent with the applicable provisions of this Agreement, accompanied by a Board Resolution (or action by a Person authorized by Board Resolution) authorizing such Series Supplement (and, in the case of the first Series to be authenticated and delivered hereunder, authorizing this Agreement).

Series Supplement. A Series Supplement for the Series of Environmental Control Bonds applied for, which shall set forth the provisions and form of the Environmental Control Bonds of such Series (and, if applicable, each Tranche thereof).
Series Supplement. A Series Supplement for the Series of Securitization Bonds being issued, which shall set forth the provisions and form of the Securitization Bonds of such Series (and, if applicable, each Class thereof).
Series Supplement. A Series Supplement for the Energy Transition Bonds applied for, which shall set forth the provisions and form of the Energy Transition Bonds of each Tranche thereof.
Series Supplement. Unless expressly defined in this Deed or a contrary intention appears, words and expressions used in this Deed have the same meaning as in the Series Supplement.
