Issuer Accounts definition

Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.
Issuer Accounts means the Issuer Transaction Account, the Issuer Reserve Account, the Issuer Spain TRO Collection Account and the Issuer Hedge Collateral Account.
Issuer Accounts has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

Examples of Issuer Accounts in a sentence

  • If so specified in any Indenture Supplement, such amounts may be applied to cover certain shortfalls in the amount of investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on investments of funds in certain Supplemental Issuer Accounts.

  • If within one (1) year after the second notice all such Notes shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Indenture Trustee may take appropriate steps, or may appoint an agent to take appropriate steps, to contact the remaining such Noteholders concerning surrender of their Notes, and the cost thereof shall be paid out of the funds in the Collection Account or any Supplemental Issuer Accounts held for the benefit of such Noteholders.

  • Any funds in any Supplemental Issuer Accounts for a redeemed Series or Class will be applied to make the principal and interest payments on that Series or Class on the redemption date in accordance with the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Subject to Section 8.01(d), the Indenture Trustee will not in any way be held liable by reason of any insufficiency in such Issuer Accounts resulting from any loss on any Eligible Investment included therein except for losses attributable to the Indenture Trustee’s own failure to make payments on such Eligible Investments issued by the Indenture Trustee, in its commercial capacity, in accordance with their terms.

  • The property described in the two preceding sentences, together with all monies and other property on deposit in or credited to the Issuer Accounts established pursuant to this Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Indenture and each Indenture Supplement, the rights of the Trust under this Agreement and the Trust Agreement and the property conveyed to the Trust under this Agreement shall constitute the assets of the Trust (the “Trust Assets”).


More Definitions of Issuer Accounts

Issuer Accounts has the meaning specified in the Servicing Agreement.
Issuer Accounts shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(f) of the Indenture.
Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the DiscoverSeries Collections Account, the Interest Funding Account, the Principal Funding Account, the Accumulation Reserve Account, the Class C Reserve Account, the Class D Reserve Account, any other account established in accordance with any Terms Document and designated as an “Issuer Account,” and any Subaccounts of such accounts.
Issuer Accounts means the Collection Account and each Series Account.

Issuer Accounts is defined in the related Asset Pool Supplement.
Issuer Accounts has the meaning specified in Clause 4.2(a) (Establishment of Accounts) of the Issuer Facility Agreement and for the avoidance of doubt shall exclude Capital Accounts.
