  • Pursuant to authority granted to it pursuant to Section 3.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall have the revocable power to instruct the Trustee to withdraw funds from the Series Distribution Account, the Series Collections Account and the Series Principal Collections Account for the purpose of carrying out the duties of the Master Servicer hereunder.
