Lockbox Account definition

Lockbox Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.
Lockbox Account means an account maintained on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent by the Lockbox Bank pursuant to Section 4.2(d).
Lockbox Account means the account maintained with the Lockbox Bank and identified on Exhibit K hereto and any other account hereafter established to accept collections on the Contracts.

Lockbox Account. An account maintained by Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association or another third party custodian or trustee selected by Purchaser for the purpose of receiving Servicing Spread Collections.
