Investment Grade Customer definition

Investment Grade Customer means (a) any Customer with a corporate credit rating of BBB- or greater from S&P and Baa3 or greater from Xxxxx’x, and (b) Subsidiary of any Customer described in clause (a) above.
Investment Grade Customer means any Account Debtor other than the U.S. Government or a Designated Customer (i) whose long term unsecured and unguaranteed debt is rated at least “BBB-” by S&P or at least “Baa3” by Moody’s or (ii) the direct or indirect parent of which is so rated by S&P or Moody’s; provided that, with respect to an Account Debtor described in clause (ii) above, such Account Debtor must be approved as an “Investment Grade Customer” by the Administrative Agent, acting in its sole discretion after consultation with the Lenders, which approval may be revoked by the Administrative Agent, acting in its sole discretion after consultation with the Lenders, at any time upon written notice thereof to the Borrower. The revocation by the Administrative Agent of its approval of any Account Debtor described in clause (ii) above as an “Investment Grade Customer” shall be effective prospectively and shall not affect any Eligible Receivables with respect to which such Investment Grade Customer is the Account Debtor included in the Borrowing Base at the time such revocation is effective.
Investment Grade Customer means any Customer that has an issuer rating (or has a direct or indirect parent entity that has an issuer rating) of BBB- or better from S&P or from Fitch or Baa3 or better from Xxxxx’x.

Examples of Investment Grade Customer in a sentence

  • A Customer with an Equivalency Rating of BBB or higher shall be deemed to be an Investment Grade Customer.

  • A Customer shall be deemed an Investment Grade Customer if its senior long-term unsecured debt rating is BBB- or higher by Standard & Poor’s or Fitch, or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s.

  • If a Customer does not have a senior long-term unsecured debt rating from Standard & Poor’s, Fitch, Moody’s or Dominion, the Customer shall nevertheless be deemed an Investment Grade Customer if it has an issuer rating of BBB or higher from Standard & Poor’s, Fitch, or Dominion, or Baa2 or higher from Moody’s.

Related to Investment Grade Customer

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (i) a Credit Rating of Baa3 or higher given by Xxxxx’x, (ii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by S&P or (iii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by Fitch.

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

  • Investment Grade Ratings means a debt rating of the Notes of BBB- or higher by S&P and Baa3 or higher by Moody’s or the equivalent of such ratings by S&P or Moody’s or in the event S&P or Moody’s shall cease rating the Notes and the Company shall select any other Rating Agency, the equivalent of such ratings by such other Rating Agency.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Moody s” means Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.

  • Ratings As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the Rating Agencies.
