Service Provider shall proportionately increase the fee payable to PeopleSoft in situations whereby Service Provider has increased the pricing of the User Fees at any time after execution of an Outsourcing Agreement with a Designated Customer (whether in accordance with the terms of such Outsourcing Agreement or by amendment of such Outsourcing Agreement) due to an increase in the application component.
