Indirect Parent definition

Indirect Parent means Avis Budget Group, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. “Initial Notes” has the meaning ascribed to it in the second introductory paragraph of this Indenture.

Related to Indirect Parent

  • Indirect Participants Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.
