Internet Transaction Services definition

Internet Transaction Services means SAP’s method of extending business applications to a web browser.
Internet Transaction Services means the services The Company offers to the Client under this Agreement which allow the Client to open an account with the Company and to (1) view the Client's investment accounts with the Company (2) transfer amounts between the Client's accounts (3) provide the Company with specific orders related to the Client's investment transactions (4) obtain confirmations for any processed transactions (5) subscribe to new products and services and accept the terms and conditions related thereto; and (6) update the Client's personal information.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Communication service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 9-1-1 system, exclusively through the numerals 9-1-1, by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the 9-1-1 system through the numerals 9-1-1 by means of a local telephone device, cellular telephone device, wireless communication device, interconnected voice over the internet device, or any other means.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
