Interministerial Working Group definition

Interministerial Working Group or "IWG" means the group established by Despacho of the Minister of Finance of the Borrower dated September 20, 1989, as set forth in paragraph 3 of Schedule 6 to this Agreement; and
Interministerial Working Group means the group for Project preparation and implementation, established by the Borrower through the MOE, which is acting in accordance with the provisions of Section A.1 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;
Interministerial Working Group. Steering Committee” means the group Committee referred to in paragraph 1, Section I of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

The State shall be represented by the Attorney General or her designee.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.
