Informational Systems Conversion definition

Informational Systems Conversion has the meaning set forth in Section 5.13.
Informational Systems Conversion shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 8.15 hereof.
Informational Systems Conversion has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15. “Intellectual Property” means (a) trademarks, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, designs, logos, slogans, and general intangibles of like nature, together with all goodwill, registrations and applications related to the foregoing; (b) patents and industrial designs (including any continuations, divisionals, continuations-in-part, renewals, reissues, and applications for any of the foregoing); (c) copyrights (including any registrations and applications for any of the foregoing); (d) Software; and (e) technology, trade secrets and other confidential information, know-how, proprietary processes, formulae, algorithms, models, and methodologies.

  • CBNK shall take all action which is necessary and appropriate to facilitate the Informational Systems Conversion; provided, however, that WFD shall indemnify CBNK for any reasonable out-of-pocket fees, expenses or charges that CBNK may incur as a result of taking, at the request of WFD, any action to facilitate the Informational Systems Conversion.

Related to Informational Systems Conversion

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.
