Individual Leased Property definition

Individual Leased Property. As defined in Section 1.1. Any reference in -------------------------- this Lease to the Leased Property or any portion or part thereof shall mean all of the Leased Property, one or more Individual Leased Properties or any portion or part of, or interest in, any Individual Leased Property.
Individual Leased Property means an Individual Real Property that constitutes a part of the Leased Real Property.

  • Lessee agrees to attorn to and recognize the holder of any such Encumbrance or other purchaser at foreclosure as the successor landlord under this Lease with respect to any such Individual Leased Property so foreclosed.

  • Budgetary support will reflect the shift already observed in 2014/15 from budget grants to budget loans as Rwanda’s risk of debt distress abates.

  • In addition, Lessee shall pay Percentage Rent at a rate equal to the average Percentage Rent attributable to such Individual Leased Property during the last three preceding Fiscal Years (or if three Fiscal Years shall not have elapsed, the average during the preceding Fiscal Years).

  • Contractor shall provide access to all areas of work to allow inspection as may be determined necessary by the Owner and Engineer.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 32.2, Lessee shall have no recourse against any of the assets of the Lessor with respect to any liability or obligation Lessor may have hereunder except for its interest in the Individual Leased Property with respect to which Lessee may have taken action to cure a default by Lessor.

  • All Base Rent, Percentage Rent and Additional Charges paid or payable by Lessee hereunder as to such Individual Leased Property shall be apportioned as of the Date of Taking, and Lessee shall promptly pay Lessor such amounts.

  • Upon the reasonable request of Lessor, Lessee shall subordinate this Lease to the lien of a new mortgage on any Individual Leased Property, on the condition that the proposed mortgagee executes a non-disturbance agreement recognizing this Lease and Lessee's rights hereunder, which non-disturbance agreement shall be in such form and substance as are reasonably acceptable to such mortgagee.

  • Upon such date, if such Notice has been given, this Lease shall thereupon cease and terminate as to such Individual Leased Property but it shall continue as to all other Leased Property subject hereto.

  • Lessor and Lessee shall promptly upon the request of ------------------- either enter into a short form memorandum of this Lease with respect to any Individual Leased Property, in form suitable for recording under the laws of the State in which reference to this Lease, and all options contained herein, shall be made.

  • The term "full replacement cost" as used herein ---------------- shall mean the actual replacement cost of an Individual Leased Property requiring replacement from time to time including an increased cost of construction endorsement, if available, and the cost of debris removal.

Related to Individual Leased Property

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Released Property means any portion of the Project removed, scrapped, traded in, sold, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to Section 4.03 hereof, any portion of the Project stolen, damaged, destroyed, or taken by condemnation or eminent domain proceedings as described in Article VII hereof, and any infrastructure which the Company dedicates to the public use (within the meaning of that phrase as used in Section 12-6-3420(C) of the Code).

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Collateral Agent.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Release Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • Tenant’s Property means Tenant's movable fixtures and movable partitions, telephone and other equipment, furniture, furnishings, decorations and other items of personal property.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);

  • Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Notes Mortgage.

  • Individual Property means each parcel of real property, the Improvements thereon and all Personal Property owned by Mortgage Borrower and encumbered by a Mortgage, together with all rights pertaining to such Property and Improvements, as more particularly described in each Mortgage and referred to therein as the “Property”.

  • Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.
