Independent Compliance Officer definition

Independent Compliance Officer. (ICO) shall mean the ICO who is responsible for administration of this Plan.
Independent Compliance Officer means a person with an in-depth knowledge base and breadth of experience conducting minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) and disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) utilization compliance monitoring for public contracts within New York state including school districts.
Independent Compliance Officer or “ICO” shall mean the person or entity appointed by the Executive Vice President of the Authority to be the responsible party for overseeing and monitoring the overall success of the Program. The ICO shall serve in whatever capacity the Authority requests in order to achieve the Program’s goals.
